Terms & Conditions – Dermadog

These terms govern orders placed on dermadog.com. By placing an order you agree to them. They should be read alongside our Delivery, Returns & Refunds page and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are
Dermadog, The Bungalow, Slaughterford, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 8RH, United Kingdom.
Email: dermadoguk@gmail.com.

2. Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer and a contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation (or earlier if we confirm acceptance by email). We may refuse or cancel orders (for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected resale activity) and will refund any payment taken.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you complete the order. Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Delivery
See our Delivery, Returns & Refunds page for full details. We aim to deliver within 30 days of the order (or any longer period we agree with you). Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person or place you nominate.

5. Your cancellation rights (cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer you may cancel most distance contracts within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, email us. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund the price of the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or the goods are faulty.

6. Faulty goods and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose you have the right to reject them (within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in most cases), or to a repair, replacement or price reduction.

7. Returns and refunds
See our Delivery, Returns & Refunds page for the practical process and our voluntary 30-day returns policy (which is in addition to your statutory rights).

8. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the price of the goods in question.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
